What system addon and which version?

If this is a new system addon, what is its purpose?

• Have we already enabled it to the mozilla-extensions xpi-manifest repo?

Purpose: add new intermediate cert to the firefox trust store to remediate https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1954818

Not yet enabled in xpi-manifest.

What channels do we need to ship this system addon to?

• Example: nightly, beta, esr, release, for which version(s), and when?
• Reminder: the beta, esr, and release channels require two signoffs to go live. Please give us at least a week notice unless this is an Armagaddon - or legal injunction type emergency.

channels: at least release, possibly esr?

Are we planning on testing these system addons on the test channels?

• Example: nightly-sysaddon, beta-sysaddon, esr-sysaddon, release-sysaddon)? This is best practice if we want to QA the balrog update process.
