Preconditions
Enable High Contrast
Enable the Review Checker inside the Firefox Sidebar.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add Review Checker to the Sidebar and opt in.
2. Enable the Vertical Tabs and Show Hide settings from the Firefox Sidebar.
3. Disable the Auto Open Review Checker from the Review Checker settings card.
4. Click the Sidebar button from the Toolbar in order to Hide the sidebar.
5. Hover over the X Close button from the RC Callout and click it.

Expected result

• The X Close button from the Callouts should change its state on Hover or when Clicked with High Contrast enabled.

Actual result

• The X Close button does not change its state.

Does this button not work when HCM is enabled, or is the issue that the visual styling doesn't match our HCM components?

The only issue here is that its not visible when we are hovering over the X close button or that we are pressing it, I know that other buttons all change their state when we hover over them or hold click. The button itself works with no issues.

Hi Rares, could I ask that this be verified again? I was testing in 139 and I think it may have been fixed by other Feature Callout patches.

Hi @Emily, the issue still occurs, on Windows 11 the Button will not change its state when clicked as for Windows 10 it will change its state on hover but it does not look good. Please take a look at the screenshot.
