1955341 - data dictionary should show lock icon next to non-public fields

The data dictionary shows all the fields in the raw and processed crash schemas. However, you don't get a sense of which fields are non-public until you dig down into the specific field page.

It would be handy if all of the data dictionary pages indicated non-public fields with a lock icon or something like that next to the field name. Then we can more easily determine which fields are public/non-public by looking at index and intermediary pages.
