The patch for
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1932691
turns out to be incorrectly setting mPageloadEventFeatures after the fact.
This can be fixed by moving the SendRecordPageLoadEvent up the stack. Patch incoming. First noticed by Denis Palmeiro.
