Hey Alex! When these tickets are created, are they automatically set to P1/S1? Since S1 is usually an incident level severity, I'm wondering if the default could be changed?

Hi Dianna! I changed the Priority and Severity for these. Not really a default setting, just a mistake on my end, sorry for the confusion
