Dear reporter, thank you for the report.
I wasn't able to reproduce the problem.

Here were my steps-to-reproduce:

  1. Google search something
  2. Click a result linked to threads.net

I can go back to the google search results page, from the clicked threads.net page, when that threads.net link was opened in the same tab. When the threads.net link was open in a new tab, the back button was grayed out. Both outcomes were expected. Did I miss any step when trying to reproduce?

Do you have any add-ons installed? Did you see a different result if you disabled them? Thank you.
