New message and html signature now double spaced since 138.0a1 (2025-03-23) (aarch64)

Expected results:

Single spacing with <br>

Would be from bug 1951832.

Signature set to html and has always been single spaced with <br> until recently. I can remove the double space in the signature in a new message.

Please provide the sample html.
