Tested Platform:

• OS: Windows 10

Preconditions:

• Set browser.search.region to US in about:config.
• Use US VPN
• Have at least one address saved in about:preferences

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Home Depot's checkout page and navigate to the shipping address form.
2. Click on any field and select an address from the autofill dropdown.

• If autofill works correctly, clear the form and try again.

3. Observe the behavior.

Expected result:

• All fields should be autofilled correctly.

Actual result:

• After autofill, ZIP Code and Address Line 2 (where applicable) may remain blank but highlighted, either individually or together.

Regression range:

• N/A

Additional notes:

• If the Zip Code field is not autocomplete then the City,State field does not appear
• The issue reproduces regardless of the state of the:
  extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges
extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges
