Not possible to drag tab out/detach of vertical tabs to new window (nothing happens)

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0
Steps to reproduce:
- activate vertical tabs
- try to drag out/detach/tear tab to a new window by moving tab within/to the center of the firefox window
Actual results:
Nothing happens - tab stays where it was and now new window is created.
It does work if Firefox is not maximized and I drag the tab quite far outside of Firefox window)
Expected results:
Tab should get detached and new window should be created.
I checked latest "dev" version and it doesn't work either.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Do you happen to have the sidebar positioned on the right? If so this looks like the same as bug 1956565
