• Install Firefox en-US build
• browser.search.region - US
• Use US VPN
• Have at least one address saved in about:preferences#privacy

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.nike.com
2. Select and item and add it to Bag
3. Proceed to checkout at Delivery Options form.
4. Use autofill feature to populate the address fields.

Expected result

• The State field is previewed, highlighted in yellow and correctly autofilled when changing the address.

Actual result

• The State field is neither previewed, highlighted nor autofilled when the address is changed.

Regression range

• N/A

Additional notes

• Reproducible regardless the dynamic form support prefs.
• On chrome the issues is intermittent, but mostly the State updates correctly when the address is changed.

The state dropdown is modified to only include the state matching the postalcode. This is a minor issue but worth investigating a bit.
