Details

This page is in Finnish but you can easily spot what is wrong:

1. There is a list box where there is "KAIKKI" (selected) and
   "Radionkuuntelusanasto (58)" (not selected).
2. Click the entry that is not selected. You would expect
   the other selections to clear, but this does not happen.

Added LBS_EXTENDEDSEL flag to the creation of the widget. Now it behaves like
both Nav 4 and IE
