Oldrich Dlouhy, could you attach the Talkback ID of a crash?

In your Mozilla installation directory, you'll find
Mozilla\components\talkback.exe. When you run the exe, it will display a list of
past crashes. You can find the IDs (TB...) of the crashes there. Alas, no
copy'n'paste is available there.

Unfortunately there was no talkback dialog, mozilla crashed immediately after I
have run it, even the splash screen was not shown.
I had the same problem installing the latest nightly (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Win98; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030302) over a previous (1.3) version. Are you
installing over an older version of Mozilla. If so, try uninstalling it; that
solved the problem for me.
Thank you Erik, the problem is solved.

I have installed the 1.4a over previous 1.3b when the proble occured.
After uninstalling the mozilla and installing 1.4a again it runs correctly.

Sorry for your trouble and thank you once again.
