• set browser.search.region = CA in about:config

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.movieposters.com/ and add an item to cart
2. Proceed to checkout and autofill the address
3. Observe the Province dropdown

Expected result

• The Province autofilled value should be displayed.

Actual result

• When prefs extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges and extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges are set to false, Province is autofilled with a slight delay and it is not highlighted
• When prefs extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges and extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges are set to true, Province is autofilled instantly and highlighted.

Closing as INVALID because this issue is not reproducible when prefs extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges and extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges are enabled. Since it behaves as expected, no further action is needed.
