Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the Address form on https://www.whistles.com/
2. Fill in manually the Delivery details form, including the Enter address manually section.
3. Press Continue to Payment.

Expected result

• Save Address doorhanger should be displayed upon form submit

Actual result

• Save Address doorhanger isn't displayed upon form submit
