Preconditions

• Use GB VPN
• Have the pref 'browser.search.region' set to GB
• Add GB to "extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries" pref

Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the Address form on https://www.screwfix.com/ (after signing in)
2. Fill in manually all the address info and submit the form

Expected result

• Save Address doorhanger should be displayed upon form submit

Actual result

• Intermittently, the Save Address doorhanger isn't displayed when the address is submitted for the first time, but it appears upon the second submission

Regression range

• I was unable to reproduce the issue with the prefs set extensions.formautofill.heuristics.detectDynamicFormChanges / extensions.formautofill.heuristics.fillOnDynamicFormChanges to false, but given the fact that this is intermittent, I am uncertain if this is actually a regression caused by bug 1837161
