Preconditions:
- VPN pointing to Canada
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.parrot.tv
- Access any live videos/shows.
- Click on the red "Play" button.
Expected Behavior:
The video is playing.
Actual Behavior:
The video gets stuck loading.
Notes:
- Reproduces on both Mobile and Desktop
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
