• sidebar.revamp: true
• sidebar.expandOnHover: true
• vertical tabs enabled
• expand sidebar on hover enabled
• multiple tabs opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Hover over sidebar and right click over a tab
2. Hover over Move Tab and select Move to Start/End

Expected result

• The panel is still expanded while the tab is moved

Actual result

• The panel is collapsed after the tab is moved

Regression range

• Not a regression
