Preconditions:
Have pref 'browser.profiles.enabled' set to true.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Profiles option from the Menu bar and click on New Profile
  2. Repeat step 1 to have 2 windows opened with about:newprofile.
  3. Complete with the same name, theme and avatar on both windows.
  4. Click on Done editing button on both windows.

Expected result:
The duplicate error message should displayed.

Actual result:
2 duplicate profiles are created. Please see the screen recording.

Regression range:
This is not a regression; it's introduced with the Profile Switching feature.

This only occurs if you edit two profiles at exactly the same time. In normal usage, if the user edits one profile, launches another, and attempts to duplicate the name, there will be an error message. We're OK to live with this edge case in the error handling.
