1958171 - Remove or update probes expiring in Firefox 140: startup.profile_* before Gecko version gets increased to 140 on 2025-04-28

Description

[telemetry-probes]

The following Firefox probes will expire in the next major Firefox nightly release: version 140 [1].

startup.profile_database_version
startup.profile_count

What to do about this:

1. If one, some, or all of the metrics are no longer needed, please remove them from their definitions files (Histograms.json, Scalars.yaml, Events.yaml).
2. If one, some, or all of the metrics are still required, please submit a patch to extend their expiry.

Tracking because there are profiles tests failing due to this, e.g. toolkit/profile/test/xpcshell/test_missing_profilesini.js.
