Download file 2. double click to install 3. Actual Results: see above Expected Results: Worked? Not sure if I'm downloading the right file, but this one had worked in the past. I've reverted back to the 3.1b build, but would like to run the latest since you've fixed some of the errors I've reported.

Do you have installed enigmail or calendar ?

Since you didn't mention uninstalling the old version prior to installing the new one, I'm marking this as a dupe of 195600. If you DID actually do a clean install, you can reopen the bug and comment to that effect. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 195600 ***

Uninstalled previous copy of Mozilla and installation completed. It seems to hang at the point where the new Mozilla screen tries to open.
