Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: 137/139

Preconditions:
• Dark theme enabled on the page and browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.google.com
2. Tap on the kebab menu on the right of "Popular searches" (try on google with different languages if the popular searched do not appear under the search bar).
3. Tap on "Send feedback"
4. Observe the text.

Expected Behavior:
The text is light.

Actual Behavior:
The text is dark.

Notes:

• Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
• Reproducible on Chrome as well if the browser theme is set to Light
• Not reproducible on Chrome when both the browser and page are set to Dark theme
