An error massage is displayed when I open a Page Info dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start phoenix with a new profile.
2. Load any page.
3. Click [Tools]-[Page Info] or [Ctrl]+[I].

Actual Results:  
Part of the error is displayed at the bottom of the dialog box:

Expected Results:  
Error massage should not be displayed.

Pierre,
I replace in chrome://pippki/content/PageInfoOverlay.xul
all the labels referencing the pippki dtd by "constant" strings and
the security tab appears.
So it seems that the overlay is not working for .dtd.

While you are in the Pageinfo stuff, could you look (after the 15th obviously)
why the page info window is so small. Maybe there is another bug for this?
