Steps to reproduce:

Open any website that has cookies stored on your PC, then press F12, select "Storage" tab and double-click the vertical spacer between "Name" and "Value" with left mousebutton.

Actual results:

Nothing.

Expected results:

Should automatically resize the column to display all characters of the Names of cookies, as does Windows 10 and other operating systems (Win 10 Task Manager for example).
