• Firefox Beta 138.0b3, Build ID: 20250404092111

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• macOS 14.5
• Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a new profile created and opened.
• Have the “browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabWallpapers.customWallpaper.enabled” pref set to true.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Press the "Tab" key until the "Personalize new tab" button from the bottom-right part of the page is focused then press “Enter”
3. Press the Tab key in the menu to navigate through the wallpaper styles and choose a style to open it.
4. Repeat the steps for each of the styles.
5. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• All the wallpaper styles are accessible through keyboard navigation.

[Actual result]:

• Only the “Abstract” style can be accessed via keyboard navigation.

I have verified this issue using Firefox Nightly 139.0a1, build id: 20250414211452 and Firefox Beta 138.0b7, build id: 20250414092054 and I can confirm that the issue is no longer reproducible.
