Note
- The issue affects both the new sidebar and the legacy sidebar.
- To enable the new sidebar, go to about:preferences and check "Show sidebar"
- To enable the legacy sidebar, drag the sidebar button from the Customize page to the toolbar

Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and enable the new sidebar
- Open the "Customize sidebar" panel
- Disable the new sidebar
- Reset Defaults in the Customize page, drag the legacy sidebar button to the toolbar
- Click to open legacy sidebar panel
Expected result
- The “Customize Sidebar” option should not appear when the legacy sidebar is enabled.
Actual result
- “Customize Sidebar” is shown, and an “undefined” header appears in the panel.

Additional notes
- This issue does not occur if the user never opens the “Customize Sidebar” panel after enabling the new sidebar.
- If the user closes the “Customize Sidebar” panel by clicking the X, the "undefined" message disappears and the legacy sidebar panel is displayed correctly.
