User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/60 (like Gecko) Safari/60 Build Identifier: bug 183111 landed nsIExternalProtocolHandler.idl and few other files. These changes broke the Mac Os 9.x port build. nsIExternalProtocolHandler.idl needs to be included in MANIFEST_IDL and _netwerkidl.mcp... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.2.3.

Though I must say, if there is no CFM tinderbox, how is anyone to know CFM got broken? If we've really truly dropped CFM support to the point that we don't even care whether we break the build, we should just mark bugs like this invalid. If we just don't have a tinderbox but have a maintainer (not last I heard, but I could be wrong) we should just assign all CFM bugs to the CFM maintainer. If we actually care to have CFM building, we should have a tinderbox for it. ccing some people who may know what the current state of CFM is.
