I did this on two different machines (to correct today's Flash plugin security
vulnerability). Win2k, build 2003022105.

After the install, 3 mozilla windows are launched. I kill them all, but mozilla
is still running, pegging the cpu at near 100%
I think this should be a duplicate of Bug 191003 .
