Some elements do not animate with the rest of about welcome's content

Details
On the addons picker screen, the elements containing information for the addons do not animate in when the screen is first navigated to, nor do they animate out when the screen is navigated away from.
On screens that use tiles, the content tile heading and subtitle animate in as expected when the screen is first navigated to, but do not animate out when the screen is navigated away from.
