The video playback isn't working on pw.live it says clear key plugin crashed

Steps to reproduce:

i opened a site "pw.live" to take my lectures then i opened one of its lecture

Actual results:

But instead of playing anything it went black and said the clear key plugin has failed

Expected results:

It should have played the lecture as usual like in chromium based browsers

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you go to about:config and set the pref media.eme.mfcdm.origin-filter.enabled to 1, then see if it helps? Thanks!

please let me know if you want some more information, i'm really liking mozilla and i don't want to go back to chromium based browser but i have no choice as of now until this issue is resolved

about:crashes should have a button at the top saying something like "Submit All".
Some time after pressing that, the "Submit" buttons will change to "View" links that you can follow and copy.
