Steps to reproduce:

This is on Firefox 137.0, the Flatpack version, on KDE Plasma 5.27.10, on X11.

-create index.html in /home/deck/Documents
-drag-n-drop it on Firefox

Actual results:

"Firefox can’t find the file at /home/deck/Documents/index.html"

Expected results:

The file should have opened.
The alternative is to do "File" -> "Open File..." and manually select from the file browser. The url will be something like "file:///run/user/1000/doc/38e231aa/index.html".
But then if the HTML calls a local script file or stylesheet, it will also be missing.
