Bug 1686109 comment 6 has a "vpl-vp9" link in the table, and it links to the following URL: https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/perfdocs/raptor.html#vpl-vp9-d

This link doesn't work.

The correct link seems to be https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/testing/perfdocs/raptor.html#vpl-vp9-c , with a -c instead of a -d at the end.

I can see :class-container: anchor-id-vpl-vp9-c in testing/perfdocs/generated/raptor.rst but I'm not sure if that's what determines the anchor name.
