After minimizing the Firefox window and restoring, tabs and window header disappear

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox
- Minimize the window
- Restore the window
Actual results:
After restoring, some of the window header is cut off, including the buttons to close or minimize again and the tabs. All of the UI elements, including form elements on pages, seem to be offset vertically after restoring, making interaction impossible. Closing and re-opening Firefox at that point is the only solution.
Expected results:
The window should maintain the header and tabs through minimizing.
Just realized this is a duplicate of 1960129. Will close and follow there.
