Steps to reproduce
- Enable Talkback for audio cues about what happens on the screen
- Load a new web page
Expected behavior
Hear "loading" followed by a series of updates for the progress of loading the web page.
Actual behavior
Only "loading" is heard with no further updates about the progress.
Device information
- Firefox version: 139
- Android device model: Pixel 6a
- Android OS version: 15
- Talkback version: 15.2
Any additional information?
There is a lot of other feedback from Talkback that might overlap these updates.
The isue can be more consistently observed / debugged by using the toolbar
sample - After committing a new URL a debug task to generate a series of a11y events is triggered but these are never read by Talkback.
(If needed these can be slowed down to avoid overlapping with others)

Chrome seems to have a similar issue: there a user hears "0 percent: Progress bar" with no other related updates.
