[Prerequisites]:

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Open the browser with the profile from the prerequisites.
  2. Click the wrench icon from the bottom right side of the New Tab page.
  3. Click the "IAB Banner Ad Sizes" section to collapse it, then enable the “Enable IAB Leaderboard”.
  4. Click the “Refresh Cache” and open a New Tab.
  5. Resize the browser until the cards are displayed on two rows.

[Expected result]:

  • The Billboard is no longer displayed.
    OR
  • The Billboard is centered in the New Tab page.

[Actual result]:

  • The Billboard is not correctly aligned, and a scrollbar is displayed.

[Notes]:

  • The issue is NOT reproducible with Sections disabled.
  • Attached is a screen recording of the issue.

I’ve also noticed that the focused state of the “Leaderboard” and “Billboard” ads is cut off on the right side when the browser is resized at certain dimensions. I’m able to reproduce this with both grid cards and sections layouts.

This can be deferred to 139 or 140.
