its none of those important bugs, its more a negative test ;-)

I received an email with faked header data and a virus as attachment. This
resulted in wrong data for the date and the receiver. The email client didn't
show them in the grey region above of the preview pane. No problem, but the
height of this grey region shrinked in an extend, that only half of the
attachment pane (to the right) is seen.

So, this is my proposal:

assert it, that the height of the grey region let us see the attachment pane
completely.

I just checked this by editing a folder mbox, changing an email with an 
attachment to remove the From: and Date: headers, and the envelope panel showed 
"normal" height with an attachment box large enough to list three attachments.

Peter Möller, if you are still seeing this problem, feel free to reopen to the 
bug.  If you can provide a sample message that exhibits the problem (preferably 
one with a relatively small attachment), that would be good.
