User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:135.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/135.0
Steps to reproduce:
Downloaded version 135.0.01
Clicked on Help and selected "Restart to update Firefox"
Actual results:
Update did not work - did not observe error messages
After I stopped another instance of Firefox (different profile) and tried again, the update worked.
Expected results:
Update should have worked

Update still fails on latest update but cannot collect requested doc - what is actually happening is that Firefox is actually restarted but update does not happen and "Help/About Firefox" remains with "Restart to Update Firefox" message. When other instance of Firefox is stopped, then update succeeds.

This sounds like a variant of Bug 1941931 - certainly stopping Firefox and restarting it would allow the update to work in my case
