Steps to reproduce
- Have TalkBack running
- Open Firefox and navigate to the Settings > Bookmarks menu
- Using logical navigation gestures (swipe left-to-right with one finger) navigate to a bookmarked item
- Ensure there is at least one sub-folder is created
- Activate "Item Menu for" this bookmarked item and select "Edit"
- In the Editing mode, navigate to and activate a folder selection to move the bookmark in another folder
- Navigate through the list of folders and observe the TB announcement compared to the folders' visual hierarchy, especially on the sub-directory item
Expected behavior
- TalkBack is clearly indicating the hierarchy of bookmarks that is provided visually
- One of possible ways could be announcing "level 1" for the parent directories and "level 2" for their child folders.
Actual behavior
- No indication of the hierarchy is provided for a TalkBack user. There is no way for them to know if the folder is included in another one and how to navigate there after they'd moved the bookmark
Device information
- Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 139.0a1 (build #2016084991)
- Android device model: Samsung Galaxy A54 5G
- Android OS version: 14
Any additional information?
refer to the notes in the Actual behavior above
