When playing a video (whether on Twitch, Mastodon, YouTube), the sound is OK but the frames kind of "loop" forward resulting in a "choppy" stream.
I'll update a capture if possible.
Edit: OS : Windows 10 22H2 19045.5737
Firefox 139.0a1 (2025-04-16) (64 bits)
Still applies in 139.0a1 (2025-04-17) (64 bits) (when I did the about:support export)
I don't know for sure when Nightly updated last time on my machine, but this didn't happen yesterday

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Following @julienw advice: here's a profiler's profile from a clean profile https://share.firefox.dev/4jp8mO0 after playing a YouTube video
Please let me know if something is missing
