196113 - sort widget in Index and Search tabs disappears

the sort widget in Index and Search tabs disappears after you click it a second
time. found this using 2003.03.05 comm builds, but it's also an issue in mozilla
help.

1. open Help window.
2. go to either the Index or Search tab.
3. you'll see a very thin sort widget at the top of the listbox --click it once.
as expected, the sort is reversed.
4. click the sort widget a second time.

results: the sort is reversed (unreversed, that is), but then the sort widget
disappears from the listbox. workaround is to close and reopen the Help window.
