Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Mozilla (Browser, Mail all open windows) stops responding when ending a dial-up connection after a short while. Seem to occur when Mail and Browser are opened together, don't seem to stop responding every time, but I have tested it on two computers. It seems to appear only with Mozilla 1.3b, downgrade to 1.3a seems to avoid it. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Browser + Mail 2. Surf the web 3. Anytime disconnect the dial-up connection from system tray. Actual Results: Mozilla (all open windows) stopped responding after cca. 1 or 2 seconds. I was unable to switch to Mozilla, I needed to kill it. No data loss from the last session occured (history, etc.), neither no signs of abnormal stop occured when I have re-started Mozilla. It seems to appear only with Mozilla 1.3b, downgrade to 1.3a seems to avoid it. Expected Results: Just stay available for off-line browsing... It seems to appear only with Mozilla 1.3b, downgrade to 1.3a seems to avoid it.
>It seems to appear only with Mozilla 1.3b, downgrade to 1.3a seems to avoid it. Please read the release notes for Mozilla before logging a bug. Mozilla 1.3b has known freezing issues on Windows 9x. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 192294 ***
