User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/132.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

This bug pertains to Firefox version 137.0.2 (version 137.0.1 did not have this problem).
Start Firefox and go to any website.

Checked out suggestions using "Troubleshoot mode and that didn't help.
I did notice 4 of my add-ons/extensions needed updating so I updated them.

Actual results:

Websites either take a long time to load - maybe 2 or 3 minutes if it loads at all. Sometimes it will load, but images are not showing. (I've tried the same websites using Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge and websites load just fine).

Expected results:

Websites should have loaded quickly and all images should display.

Please note the User Agent string may NOT be correct as I had to use Google Chrome to report this bug.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Networking' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Networking
Product: Firefox → Core

Additional information:
If I open Firefox and the web page loads very slowly I then switch to Google Chrome and the web page also open very slowly.
As soon as I close Firefox, the web page on Google Chrome open as it should - rather quickly.

Thank you for reporting this bug.

Are you using any proxy in your setup?

Could you please capture http logs related to the issue.
Kindly select the networking preset for the logs. If you’re concerned about privacy and prefer not to share the logs through the tool, you can email them directly to necko@mozilla.com.

Since this was working in an earlier version, would you please consider using mozregression to help us narrow down the change that introduced this bug?
Thank you for supporting Firefox!

I wish I could help you but what you wrote is over my head.
I have no idea if I'm using a proxy. I guess probably not.
And --
The problem seems to have resolved itself.
Now, when I go to a website, pages and all the images load.
I haven't updated anything - Windows or Firefox.
Sorry - wish I could be of more help.

Thanks again for the report, though I'm going to close since you are now unable to reproduce. If it happens again can you let us know and we'll re-open this bug?

Though we will likely need a set of logs that Sunil mentioned in Comment 4 to debug this. The easiest way to start logging is navigate to about:logging, select logging to a file and start logging.

Thanks!

I should have waited a couple days:
This morning the first time I opened Firefox (using a link in an e-mail), the linked website opened very slowly.
After that websites open quickly.
Once I start logging, how long should I log?
I'm not certain this bug is resolved.
