Personal toolbar doesn't show anything except "Home" and "Bookmarks", if another
link is dragged from address bar or from Bookmarks menu it wont show up either.
It's been like this since I reformatted my hard drive and use 1.3b/1.4a, on 1.2
it was fine. A screenshot:

please resolve this bug as worksforme if following these steps
fixes the problem. Mozilla may not have imported the user preferences
correctly:
  open Bookmarks menu, choose Manage Bookmarks
  select the folder you want to use for personal toolbar
  open View menu, choose Set as Personal Toolbar Folder

fwiw this is a dupe of a bug about us not recreating the personal toolbar folder
when you drag an item to where it should be.
