when waiting to load a page the cursor changes colors and will jump the the
center of the brower window (note the browser is not cented on the screen)

its more annoying then anything else, but still......

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load mozilla
2.google randomly until result reappears
3. watch

Actual Results:  
mouse changed colors and moved, page loaded correctly

page loaded correctly
