Steps to reproduce:

Missing option to add search engine manually

Actual results:

Nothing, at the moment it's impossible to add search engine manually

Expected results:

There should be a button that pops up with a UI and users can enter search engine definition (possible placeholders for hints), and when it's done, pressing another button should add the new search engine.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Search' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
