like also described in this thread, the page freezes at random times while browsing, typing, interacting and scrolling web pages.., moving the pointer to the tab bar unfreeze the page and you can see all the changes render again. I am running Fedora 42 with NVIDIA drivers. no issues before FF135.

I suspect this is the same issue as bug 1951249. It should be fixed in Firefox 138 which is currently in Beta / RC and should hit release in around 5 days.
