After logging in main page does not display on standardbank.co.za

This page works with mozilla versions 0.9.7 and below (and derived works). With
versions from 0.9.8 upwards, there is a problem.
The page is divided into 3 frames. The left and top frames load correctly, but
the middle frame displays the text 'Loading menu, please wait...', and gets no
further.
The page is meant to display a javascript menu, and a list of bank accounts.
Looking at the source of the page, I can see the following URLs for the 3 frames
https://www9.encrypt.standardbank.co.za/jb2/html/menu.html
which loads fine
https://www9.encrypt.standardbank.co.za/jb/ChannelServlet?_ctxID=cid=banner_string,cn=banking_customer
which also loads fine
wyciwyg://0/https://www9.encrypt.standardbank.co.za/jb2/html/frame/acc_fr_welcome.html
which does not load correctly as stated above.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you access to my bank account for you to log in and
check directly :)

Please let me know if there are any further steps I should take and give details
about.
Page renders correctly under netscape 4 (All versions), and a version of
netscape 6 I have installed (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4.1)
Gecko/20020508 Netscape6/6.2.3 )
However, under netscape 7, it also doesn't work (as it is based off a later
mozilla version)

1. Browse to https://www.encrypt.standardbank.co.za/jb2/
2. Log on
3. Page doesn't load correctly
