Seems like the URL bar is messing up the viewport?

I can't reproduce in Nightly 139 nor in Firefox Release 137 on my Pixel 6a. For me, the URL bar disappears as soon as I start scrolling down. I tried with the url bar at the top/bottom and with "scroll to hide toolbar" on/off, but I was never able to hit a situation where the bottom of the site was blocked/unscrollable.
I also tested a Samsung Galaxy S23 via BrowserStack, using Firefox 133 (the only version they offer me), and I was unable to repro there either (using the default toolbar configuration).
@railioaie: Could you share a screencast showing what this bug looks like on your device?
(Side note: for what it's worth, the github report said "Bottom of website is blocked [...] Every page", suggesting maybe that (for that user at least) they were hitting a broader dynamic-toolbar-failing-to-autohide bug, possibly not something specific to this one site; this just happened to be the site they were looking at when they submitted the report.)
I think I know what the problem is...I use Vysor to connect the phone to the laptop and I use the mouse to scroll.
I've tried now directly on the phone and it's not reproducible. My mistake. Thank you!

Thanks! I suspected that was the explanation given the cursor hovering over the page in that screencast. :)
I suspect it's also not-reproducible even in Vysor if you scroll by clicking-and-dragging the page (like a user touching and dragging the page).
I'm going to close this as WORSKFORME, and I'll file a bug on scrollwheel behaving differently (I see it behaving differently in BrowserStack too).

I filed bug 1963405 on the fact that mousewheel scrolling doesn't hide the dynamic toolbar (and more specifically that this leads to content at the very bottom being unreachable).
