1962167 - Since after TB v128 on macOS drag an attachment to Desktop does not work

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:137.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/137.0

Steps to reproduce:

• drag an attachment file from TB message window to macOS (15.4.1) Desktop on current user.

• tested on TB 128.x, TB 137.0.2, TB Beta 138.0b4 in debug mode (without any add ons) and "non debug mode".

Actual results:

• dragged attachment file shows until dropped/released over user Desktop area.

• console does show error message "Uncaught NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH: Component returned failure code: 0x80520001"

Expected results:

dragged attachment file should be saved on user's Desktop area.

• until TB 128.x dragged attachment file is saved to user's Desktop area. After TB 128.x dragged file is not saved anymore to Desktop (tested also on other macOS device.) After TB 128.x attachment files can only be saved by manually chose "save" from message window button.
