As per summary. Cf https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=useridleservice%3B1&path=js%24&case=false&regexp=false , we use this all over the shop. This should be as easy as updating the relevant components.conf file and then repeatedly (auto)fixing the resulting eslint problems.
