IMAP cannot find subfolders

Details
When using the Cyrus IMAP server, all the subfolders under INBOX are properly displayed but cannot actually be opened. One receives "The Mailserver responded: Cannot open nMailbox" where the subfolder is actually called "mailbox" on the IMAP server. It seems all subfolders are pre-pended with an 'n'.

This is a dup of 19229 which also involves Cyrus servers....... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 19229 ***
